To hold your time, you pay for your consultation when booking. That payment is your deposit and is credited to your consultation.

24 hours or more ahead you can reschedule for free, or cancel and get a full refund.
With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't show up, the deposit is forfeited.
If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Online booking closes 12 hours before the appointment.
